Hatha Flow Yoga

Balance is the key word of the class, built around how we may unite body and mind to nurture peace and vitality. We practice in a soft flow where our focus on breath creates balance between strength and movement, heat and rest. This focus is set at the beginning of the class through a breathing meditation (pranayama), expanded and explored in dynamic motion and still poses (asana) and revisited for the closing deep rest (shavasana).
Open to all – we work with what we have and what we are right now.
No fixed price – you give what you feel like. The class is 75 min. and runs every Sunday 3-4.15pm. Drop in or book your spot at optional amount of classes (limited space).
About: I found yoga – yoga found me – through dance fifteen years ago. Now, it permeates my everyday life with meditation, movement, breath, food and philosophy. I continue to delve deeper into how yoga gives balance as it activates the individual’s own healing power. My classes emerge from a wish to share this deepening to inspire inner and outer balance in and with others.
